These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, software products and related services operated under the name Arctic Software (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our tools are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use any Arctic Software product to send spam, abuse third-party platforms, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent, harmful or illegal behaviour.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use our paid products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. By starting a subscription or making a one-time purchase, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, including any recurring subscription charges.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Prices may be updated from time to time; any change will apply from the next billing period and will be communicated in advance where required.
Our products are digital and are typically delivered instantly after successful payment via download links, license keys or account access. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours if manual review is required.
Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted. However, we may consider refunds in limited situations in line with our Refund Policy, for example where there is a clear technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
All software, branding, text, graphics and other content provided by Arctic Software remain our property or the property of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share our software or license keys unless explicitly permitted in writing.
We aim to keep our services online and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend or limit access for maintenance, security updates or other operational reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arctic Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
